Effective January 1st 2017, Conventional loan limits have increased to $424,100 for Single Family Residences

The conventional loan limit of $417,000 was set 10 years ago in 2006. On Janauary 1st 2017, the new loan limit for a single family residence (SFR) will be $424,100.

Did you know that conventional limits are different (higher) if the property is a ‘2 unit’, ‘3 unit’, or ‘4 unit’?

  • 1 Unit limit is $424,100
  • 2 Unit loan limit is $543,000
  • 3 Unit loan limit is $656,350
  • 4 Unit loan limit is $815,650

Note: All counties in Arizona have the same conventional loan limits
