Job duties consists of contacting past customers and prospective realtor referral sources for new business. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales goals, while observing all compliance policies and procedures.

Seasoned loan officer must have a great reputation, exceptional work ethic, and must be currently producing at least 8 million per year.



  • You will be following up on leads generated by my marketing and originating new loans from those sources.
  • You will not need your own book of business or your own lead sources. You will be working as my junior loan officer.
  • You will be doing all the functions of a Loan Officer; communicating with borrowers via phone and email, take their applications, pull their credit, run DU and LP approvals, lock in their rates, and give the file to our setup department to prepare the loan to be submitted to underwriting.
  • You are representing me and your work will reflect me, so it is crucial that you be a naturally courteous person, have an excellent work ethic, and communicate very well. My customers are looking for superior customer service. They have come to expect it from my team.


  • Licensed in the State of Arizona and have all appropriate NMLS requirements complete for a Loan Originator.
  • You will need to have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Must be able to maintain great composure while spending several hours a day speaking with customers and realtors on the phone.
  • Be a customer service oriented person. Being a loan officer can be very stressful, you will need to have the personality to overcome the challenges.
