In 1922, Eddie and Tom’s great grandfather came to Phoenix and homesteaded 40 acres as a citrus farmer at the NE corner of 40th Street and Camelback Rd. In 1947 after the war, their grandfather Frank Knoell started building new homes in the Valley. Frank’s company ‘Knoell Homes’, went on to build over 18,000 homes in the Valley from 1947 to 1989. For over 70 years, their family has been building on its impeccable reputation for quality and trustworthiness. They understand that a shortcut to profit never ends well for any company. They believe in being honorable, trustworthy, and ethical in their dealings with everyone in life. They believe that looking out for their clients’ long term interest is the only way to do business.
